A first draft agenda for the meeting will be posted to this website by August 15. Equipment available in the meeting rooms will include a computer and computer projector system, overhead projector, flip charts, and laser pointer. A large screen TV system with a DVD/VCR player will be available for 'movie night' as well as a computer projector and screen. Poster boards, 73" (185 cm) wide by 48" (122 cm) high, and tables will be available for the poster and harware session. Participants are requested to either bring their oral presentations on a jump drive (i.e. 'memory stick') or email it to the co-chair (Fitzpatrick) one week prior to the workshop. Participants bringing video presentations for movie night are requested to do one of the following:
1) bring either a standard VCR-format tape or DVD of their video,
2) ftp their digital video file to ftpext.usgs.gov/from_pub/cr or
3) bring their video presentation on a CD or other universal electronic medium
